This Privacy Policy explains how Allegory Solutions LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with PartWays, a free SMS-based drafting assistant.
1 Information We Collect
When a user interacts with PartWays, we may collect:
The user’s mobile phone number.
SMS content submitted by the user, including descriptions of the situation or draft request.
AI-generated draft messages sent back to the user.
SMS command responses such as START, YES, AGREE, HELP, STOP, EDIT, SOFTER, FIRMER, SHORTER, or
DONE.
Basic technical and operational records, including timestamps, delivery status, error logs, and abuse-prevention
logs.
Support communications sent to Allegory Solutions LLC.
The baseline MVP does not require users to provide a third-party recipient phone number because PartWays does not send messages to third-party recipients.
2 Optional Recipient Information
If a future Prepared Send feature is offered, the user may optionally provide a recipient phone number to generate a
device-level compose link. In that case, the recipient number may be processed only to create the user-controlled prepared message experience. PartWays will not use that number to send SMS messages to the recipient.
3 How We Use Information
To operate the PartWays drafting service.
To generate draft messages requested by the user.
To send SMS responses to opted-in users.
To respond to HELP, STOP, and support requests.
To detect, prevent, and respond to misuse, threats, harassment, abuse, or unlawful activity.
To debug technical issues and improve service reliability.
To maintain compliance records where reasonably necessary.
4 Mobile Opt-In and Data Sharing
PartWays does not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information, SMS consent records, or mobile phone numbers with
third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers that help operate the service, such as SMS providers, cloud hosting providers, AI
infrastructure providers, analytics, security, and email support tools. These providers process information only as needed to provide services to Allegory Solutions LLC and are not authorized to use mobile opt-in data for their own marketing.
5 AI Processing
PartWays uses artificial intelligence systems to generate draft message text. Users should avoid submitting highly
sensitive information that is not necessary to create a draft. PartWays may process user-submitted content through third party AI infrastructure providers for the purpose of generating the requested draft.
6 Data Retention
PartWays seeks to minimize data retention. During the MVP period, request content, drafts, technical logs, and
compliance-related records may be retained for operational, safety, troubleshooting, and abuse-prevention purposes.
Where practical, user draft content should be deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless longer retention is needed for security, legal, dispute, abuse, or compliance reasons.
Opt-out records may be retained as necessary to honor STOP requests and prevent future unwanted messages.
7 User Choices
Reply STOP to opt out of PartWays SMS messages.
Reply HELP for assistance.
Contact solutions@theallegory.net to request support, access, deletion, or correction where applicable.
8 Children
PartWays is not intended for children under 18. Users must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
9 Changes to This Policy
Allegory Solutions LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies should be posted on the public PartWays website with a revised effective date.
