These Terms govern use of PartWays, a free SMS-based drafting assistant operated by Allegory Solutions LLC. By using PartWays, the user agrees to these Terms.
6.1 Service Description
PartWays helps users draft clear, respectful messages for personal or professional closure. Users submit context or describe what they need help saying, and PartWays replies with draft language to the user.
PartWays does not send messages to third-party recipients in the MVP. The user is responsible for reviewing, editing, deciding whether to send, and sending any final message themselves.
6.2 User Responsibility
The user is responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of any information submitted to PartWays.
The user is responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to send any final message.
The user must not use PartWays to harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, manipulate, impersonate, defame, discriminate, or unlawfully contact any person.
The user must not submit content that requests violence, threats, coercion, extortion, revenge, sexual exploitation, hate, or illegal activity.
6.3 Not Professional Advice
PartWays is not a therapist, lawyer, mediator, doctor, crisis hotline, court officer, HR advisor, or law enforcement service. Drafts generated by PartWays are writing assistance only and should not be treated as legal, medical, mental health, workplace, relationship, or safety advice.
6.4 No Emergency Use
PartWays is not an emergency service. If the user or another person is in immediate danger, the user should contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis or safety resource.
6.5 Acceptable Use
Users may use PartWays to draft respectful messages for closure, boundaries, non-continuation, separation, ending a conversation, ending a professional engagement, or clarifying that they do not wish to continue contact.
Users may not use PartWays to generate messages that are threatening, coercive, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, unlawful, or designed to provoke repeated unwanted contact.
6.6 Service Availability
PartWays is offered on an MVP/pilot basis. The service may change, pause, limit access, or become unavailable at any time. Allegory Solutions LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery, accuracy, or suitability for any particular result.
6.7 Fair Use Limits
PartWays may limit the number of draft requests per user, per phone number, or per time period to prevent abuse, excessive usage, system overload, or unsafe activity.

6.8 Termination or Refusal
PartWays may refuse to generate certain content or may stop serving a user if the service detects abuse, unsafe requests, prohibited use, unlawful content, or behavior inconsistent with these Terms.
6.9 Limitation of Liability
